چکیده
This article solves the problem of detecting water leaks with a minimum size down to 1 mm in diameter. Two new mathematical tools are used solve this problem: first one is Te cross-spectral density and second coherence. These provide possibility discriminating spurious frequency components, making use property multi-sensitivity. advantage makes it possible maximize sensitivity spectrum. The wavelet function was Daubechies 45, because provides an attenuation 150 dB rejection band. were validated two scenarios. For scenario, synthetic signal analyzed. In types background leakage analyzed: has diameter signal-to-noise ratio 2.82 flow rate 33.7 mL/s, 4 9.73 125.0 mL/s. results reported paper show that both coherence higher than those scientific literature.
